1. White-Label Rights As a Partner, you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to brand and resell Strastic's software under your own name and domain. You are allowed to: - Customize your platform with your brand/logo/colors - Use your own domain or subdomain - Set pricing for your members - Sell memberships, courses, events, or other digital products using the platform. You do not have ownership of the source code, intellectual property, or infrastructure of Strastic. 2. Revenue Share Structure Revenue share is based on the active SaaS subscriptions processed through your platform. Starter: You Keep 70%, We Keep 30%, $199/month Pro: You Keep 80%, We Keep 20%, $399/month Enterprise: You Keep 90%, We Keep 10%, $499/month Revenue payouts are made monthly. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Strastic reserves the right to audit revenue reports. 3. Platform Fees & Billing Your monthly fee is charged automatically. Failure to pay within 5 days may result in suspension. All fees are Strastic White-Label Partner Terms & Conditions non-refundable. 4. Support Responsibilities Starter: Strastic handles all support Pro: Shared support Enterprise: You handle support Additional support may be purchased separately. 5. Your Responsibilities You agree to: - Market ethically - Stay legally compliant - Provide clear pricing - Maintain secure admin access 6. Restrictions You may not: - Reverse-engineer the platform - Resell platform rights - Promote harmful content 7. Termination Policy Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your platform and access will be disabled. 8. Limitation of Liability Strastic is not liable for losses due to partner errors, hosting issues, or third-party tools.
