Just wrapped up a deal walkthrough on Birch Road, and I have to say Mylah really saved the day. We had a buyer who was on the fence because of some confusing HOA regulations, but Mylah chased down the details and clarified everything just in time. Now the buyer's ready to move forward, and we're looking at a smooth closing!
