Just got back from discussing a contract on Elm Street, and I have to give Mylah a shoutout for nailing the buyer matches before I even made a call. We had a little snag with the inspection report, but with her quick lineup, I was able to reassure the buyer and keep the momentum going. It's always a win when we can move past the sticking points smoothly.
